There appears to be some discussion in the lotus forum as to whether he's banned or not.

Could someone provide an answer either way? And perhaps think about letting him come back, yes he seems a bit abrasive, but he's only a 'meerican

Yup he's banned - for breaking posting rules.

I don't know which rules without investigating, but a fellow mod deemed it appropriate so I'm happy to back him/her that it was worthy.

He was way over the line Oli, and the mod concerned made the same call that the rest of us would have done.

Ah ok chaps, I wasn't sure if he was banned for rotting up or of it was just one offence of blatant disregard for PH Law
perhaps he will think about his actions and come back in a year.
