Classified Adverts, Room for Rent

I'm looking to rent a room out, and wondered if it would be possible to advertise this to PH members in the Bristol area.
Is it possible to create a suitable area, perhaps only open to members who have been registered for a minimum period of time. We are happy to potentially buy cars and motoring related goods from eachother, so I wondered if this service might be extended to include a miscellaneous requirement for PH members.

In the classified section there is a non motoring bit with a property sub heading so would this not fit in there?
