Cant see this thread so here goes....
Over some un-known (by me) amount of time there has been a vote for the new cars to be released with the next Forza 3 car pack...
As far as i can gather the voting has ended.

I'm getting my way through the career, in a game that I purchased, in a way that satisfies me, so that qualifies me very well to have my own opinion that the devs that I have given my money to, in exchange for a licenced copy of their code have screwed up a game that I liked in its earlier incarnation. I am not alone in this mindset, so who are YOU to tell me what to play.

They are doing a DLC pack every other month or so. You dont HAVE to buy every one. If you like it buy it, if you dont then dont buy it. What dont people understand??

Turn 10 have gone from one of the best customer 'carers' to the worst.
I've been using the forza forums since forza1 was out and they have been getting worse and worse. its taking the piss now, and the track pack they unvieled. 400points for that? bugger off.

I personally just let out a girlish "Eeeeep!" upon seeing the 1974 Escort RS1600. That alone (to me) is worth 400 points!
Agree on the 205 though, would prefer a GTi, with the option to put in the T16 drivetrain if I ever got bored.
just so I can make an in game version of our rally car to be honest...

To be fair Frederick, your post wasn't relevant to this original post/thread either.
He was informing us of the Jalopnik selection of cars, yet you insisted on slagging off the selection (by the public) because you had a personal enthusiasts favourite and stating you won't be buying it implying it is not worth it.
If you are going to state a personal opinion on a public forum you have to be prepared for someone else's personal opinion on your post too.

I quantified *why* (all of, imo) the DLC is not worth it, as it's a half-finished game. My post had more relevance to the OP than "if you don't like it, don't play it" - I never said I didn't like it, I said T10 suck, because imo they do. I said there was no way I was paying for DLC (which is again, relevant to the topic, being that it's about DLC)

I am not buying any DLC, as I've stated. Going by the tone of your message you either have to put up or shut up... I'm not happy to do that, I - as well as you - have the right to voice pleasure or displeasure in a public forum. This is a public forum.
As for making mountains out of molehills, there are way better games than FM3, but again - that is in my opinion, I do play them - I'm not confined to one game, money isn't that tight yet. I bought FM3 on the back that FM2 was an awesome game, but it turned out to be riding the wave of cash and nowhere near as good as it's predecessor (again, in my opinion).
I don't have any desire to get a job in a games company, nor changing the world - a slight exaggeration on your part there but that's nothing to be surprised about, it's the internet afterall - serious business...
I myself laugh when people blow things out of all proportion, as you have quite succinctly done in a rather blatant fashion, deviating even more from the OP's initial topic than I myself did in the first place. But hey, I'm the bad man!
Anyway back to the cars.
I can see the Starion being a favourite and maybe a speed demon on the leaderboards.
The 635Csi, well what can I say, dream car if you are of a certain age, nuff said.
The Pantera, Top Trumps exposed this car to a lot of car mad boys.
2002 Turbo, another Datsun 510 for the drag strips?
Lancia 037, the unsung hero of rallying?
2 Cosworths!!!!
And the less said about stainless steel the better!
All in all if they are allowed to put all these cars in the game, it should be a pretty good dlc pack.
