GT: Wilcox in a Ferrari
Back from Japan and looking for a codriver
Adam Wilcox will return to the UK shortly after competing in Japanese GT for the last 2 and a half years.
He'll be running with the new team DRM Racing using a Ferrari F360 GT car in the GT-C Class.
The team are currently looking for a partner to Adam in the F360 and interested drivers should contact them here via drive@adamwilcox.com

The car they will be racing is a 2003 yellow GT-C car and Adam is a very very quick should give the Porsche's a run for the money but he needs to get himself a team mate to match him for speed (was there a 360 GT-C on pole last season at Knockhill ?)
This is great for GT-C having a pro-driver in a Ferrari

as Speedy7 said a GT-C car was on pole at a round there last year.
Nope, that definately didn't happen, in fact, in the times when a GT class car appeared last season, the GTO class cars went quicker. But that was down to the age of the GT equipment and the driving line-ups of some of them.
When I said Pole for the 360 GT-C It should have said Pole in the cup class.
Is there any reason why a well driven 360 GT-C should not run the Porsche for its money in the cup class ?
Did Adam in 2001 win the Lotus Sports Elise championship ? winning 14 races against some very good drivers.

I personally wouldn't rule out an overall win 100% (Less the GT machines)... Maybe I should take case to the bookies!!!
You'll get long very odds, so it could be worth a punt! Seriously, it'd rather rely on all of us in N-GT breaking down or crashing... There is quite a difference in pace between a Cup car and an N-GT - well, a quick N-GT at least.
I think you need a cup of strong coffeee and a nasal inhaler, personally. But then, that's just me! ;-)
on the bookies front though, i tried to place a bet on the British GT championship a couple of seasons ago and they wouldn't entertain me. Hadn't heard of it, didn't want my money. Shame, as the bet I wanted to make would have come off too! (It was Ladbrookes by the way!)

Not wanting to dampen anyone's day but I think a GT-C Ferrari won't be up to winning overall, for example taking the Knockhill race last year (not forgetting that the GT's won't be going there this year), the fastest lap by a GT-C car was a second slower than the fastest lap by the SLOWEST N-GT (GTO) car. I know in the past N-GT cars have been known to give the GT class cars a run for their money at places like Knockhill in the wet, but come on guys do you really think that all the N-GT Porsches are going to break down in an hour?!?!?!?!!!!!

Which part of me saying just that, in a sarcastic way, did you not read in my previous posts???
Oh, and try going into ANY of the major betting places and putting a bet on the British GT championship. They've never heard of it. I got asked by the girl when I went in, 'do you mean the British Superbike Championship?'
Er, no, was the answer I gave.

Yes, but quite a few people have answered since your last remark, so my remarks are aimed at them, rather than yourself.
"Pit Cruiser" for example. (Who has since removed his message.... I think.....)
