Can anyone else remember the last time they watched this show and the couple actually KEPT the house they made the offer on? It either seems to all fall apart after the survey or they have a rethink and decide they don't want to move after all!? It's not very satisfying to watch anymore.

Makes you wonder whether they ever had the money to buy those places to begin with. The free advertising for their business certainly won't have hurt.

"We pulled out because the survey said there was contaminated land... not where the house was built... just nearby... so now we're renting this st hole"

Which was the first thought - but actually they'd lost 12 stone between them (fair enough there was a few more to go) and they both seemed like decent enough people (although the poor guy had a lot to put up with). Less intimidating and easier to identify with then Mr Motivator types I guess.

I couldn't belive how much money they had to spend bearing in mind their business had only been going 18 months. It was already in a huge place. Where did they get all that money from. I want some.
