Xero Driver Line Up Confirmed

Le Bas and Cole back in N-GT

Xero Competition's Lancastrian boss Dave Beecroft has announced that the driver pairing of Ricky Cole and Peter Le Bas is to be re-united for their 2004 British GT Championship campaign.

Cole and Le Bas gelled well together as the 2003 season unfolded, finishing a well deserved 2nd at last year’s season finale at Brands Hatch.

The team will continue running their GTO (now N-GT) specification Chevrolet Corvette C5 in this year’s GT Championship.

The Xero Corvette is currently being rebuilt alongside the construction of the new Embassy Racing Corvette with both cars aimed at being ready for the track by the beginning of March 2004.

Good luck for the next season and thanks to Peter and Ricky for giving my mate and our girlfriends such a welcome in the paddock at Thruxton.

Aha - Jensen Lunn racing employee then!?

Good luck - its going to be a competitive class and a tough learning curve for Jensen but I'm fairly sure if the championship was decided on noise alone you'd be winners! That car (in orange guise) sounded awesome at a Silverstone track day in November - better that the (then GTO) spec car...
