Any body else use it? I bought it a couple of years back to try and have since just been using it now and then in place of other oils.

I'm no chef, but I like to use it with my steaks.

I bought some of this a while back, only because it was 2 for1 in the supermarket as they couldn't shift it. It looked a funky colour in its trendy bottle and it were cheap, but I was underwhelmed! Turns out the red colour is from a bit of palm oil, and the rest, canola oil is actually a high yield rapeseed oil. Pleased I didn't pay full whack.
No taste to it really and a pretty low smoking point to boot!
Grapeseed oil I find the best for cooking, it has a high smoke point so doesn't stink the kitchen out when you need a really hot pan. But the price has gone through the roof recently, making it almost as expensive as some olive oils now.
Of the olive oils I find Carapelli has a lovely taste and is reasonably priced. When on offer, I buy loads of it.
Just my 2d

As mentioned, I'm no expert on the subject, I just figured if the health benefits were accurate I'd give it a shot
I didn't pay a lot of money for it and found that it is lasting well. Might have to try some of these fancier oils and see if they make that much of a difference (personally I think my palate is ruined through eating too much cardboard at college)
