Man arrested for joking about a bomb on Twitter

Bloke was fed up with the closed Robin Hood airport so he posted on Twitter that he would blow it up and was subsequently dragged away for questioning by the authorities.

Considering the number of threatened bombs, VBRJs, nukings from orbit, Winky takings-out and so on mooted on here, should we be afraid?

Aha, but that is NOT the main thread - that is a third thread.

So someone was trying to blow up Robin Hood?

The search is fine, you only get out of it what you put in and no one mentioned Robin Hood on any of the threads. You just need to be more general and try a couple of things first.

Just keeping to a "Twitter" search in the last 30 days does it.

However always assume first that any news story older than a day has already been posted on here.

A man on TWITTER posted a joke about a BOMB at ROBIN HOOD airport ! Including three pertinent terms in the search did not reveal the main thread and nor did your earlier reply (which revealed a completely different thread on the same subject!) FFS!

You typed in words "that all must appear" not one of. Click advanced and try again.

I was only trying to help, the search function does work which is what I was trying to say. Don't be so precise in the terms and you'll find things.
