Following in the steps of the rest, who is in camping bleu and when are you arriving?

I'll be there in my Pantera GT5S, along with an American friend who is shipping his 1966 Shelby GT350 over for the event (not just for Le Mans, but he'll be attending)

So, look for a white DeTomaso with Spanish plates, and a red classic Mustang with California plates...

I'll be in Camping Bleu...looks like we're the only ones...along with the Lotus 7 owners club if last year is anything to go by.

Did you take the Pantera last year...thought I saw one

I'll have either a black 944 or Mitsubishi Galant estate

Thanks Martin, it's a life's dream come true and I plan to be buried in it... I'll be there from mid-Thursday on, probably with a '66 Shelby GT350 with US plates... Stop on by!

Fat Arnie, fair play to you all. I think the organisation of the 7 club is great. Besides, you were all very nice to us, even got to have a go in your pool!

Also, big thanks to the lady who was a nurse and came armed with the cream for my daughter's heat rash.

We had the large tent and grey Picasso by the hedge on the first bend going clockwise round the car park. Been in the same spot for the last five years..come and say Hi

We're on the early thursday morning Portsmouth to Caen

See you thursday evening......provided the Gendarmes aren't prohibiting access to Bleu again....why do they do that?!

I think the Gendarmes usually try to stop people from using the side road that runs alongside Bleu as it is a very narrow short cut to the top of Arnage village. Comes out by the railway crossing. At least that's the only reason I can think of.

I'll be there on Thursday evening after a 9am Eurotunnel crossing.

I know the road you mean...actually its the only way into Bleu when the Gendarmes are out.

They tend to block the road off at the crossroad, where you would normally turn left and then left again into Bleu opposite Maison Blanche

I don't think they block that route until Friday PM, It's usually open when we arrive on Thursdays.

I'm sure I've come up against it on the Thursday in previous years. Thats my usual arrival day.

I hope you're right, its the final insult after the Arnage traffic jam!
