I'm looking for a ceiling mounted passover/bay curtain pole bracket. Anyone know of a supplier?

Reason being that the windows in the bay go right up to the ceiling and I also want the curtain to be about 6 inches in from the window to clear the deepish window recess.

All the ones I can find are wall mount. I'm going to get some of the wall ones and see what I can cobble together, but it would be nice to find something that does the job straight off.

edited - to say pole rather than rail - I can find flexible rail things but ideally want a pole.

Both Decorail and Harrison Drape manufacture/supply overlap ceiling fitting curtain track/rail, the company below distributes their products, with ALL curtain shops/hardware stores dealing with them. The first link gives you their web site, although the same is not running at the moment.

If I knew what part of the UK you were based, I could direct you to a retailer/supplier.

Thanks wings,

Is that a track or a pole - I think my wording is misleading - I actually want a curtain pole not the plastic track stuff (or at least thats the design brief from the OH).

I'm in North Yorkshire - Harrogate/Ripon/York area.

Decorail and Harrison Drake are curtain track, but Cope & Timmins Ltd., will either stock a overlap pole system or obtain the same. I would suggest you contact C&T first, and if the order is below their carriage paid (i doubt it), then they will put it through a local retailer for you.

This guy might be able to make something up for you: http://www.curtainpole.co.uk/

I had a wall mounted one but I can't see why it couldn't be made to be suitable for ceiling mounting.
