It's probably because a load of Photographers are intending to "gather" (note - no one is billing it as a "protest") in Trafalgar Square tomorrow, because they are all fed up with getting such stupid and serious hassle from Police under the Anti-Terrorist Laws!
If we up the scarey risks to the public the night before we can justify a bit of innocent kettling on a nice day in Westminster......
(People waving bloomin' HUGE professional cameras round landmarks in London (oh - and tourists) are obviously reccing the place to commit some dreadful act, because, just like Bin Ladle is still on VHS, terrorists haven't heard that there are cameras you can get in little tiny things like 'phones!)
