SE Scotland photo printers?

I have a couple of old large glass plate negatives that I want large prints made from - can anybody suggest a place in Edinburgh/Borders?

Do you have the gear to rephotograph them digitally and do it that way?

other than holding them up to the window and snapping on my phone, no!
