Porsche 996 Turbo
Discussion
I don't think I've posted any pics for a wee while. I borrowed this 996T off of a client for the weekend for some photos for both them and myself. I managed to get what they wanted but I really struggled with the stuff that I wanted, it's hard shooting by yourself sometimes and I'm really lacking in inspiration at the mo. All of the processing on the night images is rushed, I'll re-edit and upload soon.

Thanks for the comments everyone.
Currently have a CSL 63 AMG from the same client.

Dean, what lens do you use?
Hi Rob, I think these were mostly 35mm f/2 | 50mm f/1.8 | 80-200 f/2.84hero said:
Curious as to how you lit that shot, hmmm..
Great work though, and I know exactly what you mean about lacking inspiration, not touched my cameras for weeks
Tink very powerful torch and diffusion. The lack of inspiration sucks, doens't it!Great work though, and I know exactly what you mean about lacking inspiration, not touched my cameras for weeks

Are they taken in the New Forest?
The daylight photos are, yes. Absolutely love The New Forest for shooting, you can use the same location from a different and time of day angle and it looks completely different.The_Jackal said:

Cracking shots - only 2 and 5 are a it "meh" - the bonnet on number 2 looks like it hasn't been painted properly (or it does on my screen anyway) and I think no.5 could have been doing with a good portion of the bottom of the image cropped off.
The hood suffered from condensation, I did try wiping it down a few times but I only had microfibers and not a Chamois (learn from your mistakes though eh! 5 was shot like this as it's going to be the BG for a web page, but I do agree, as a photo it has too much dead space.//dean said:

Do you shoot down there often?

Right, my PC died so I have no photoshop. Someone do me the honours....
Shot 5.
upside down.
"I can haschezeburge" style black bordering.
Caption: "Porcshe 911 Turbo. It will mess with your senses."
TIA
Images 3 & 8 are my faves. Quality work!

Love them all Dean quality stuff as usual. But No 1 stands out as the best by a mile. Composition is absolutely ace, but the car lacks in sharpness.(Meant as constructive critique). Can I come down and help you move the cars around please. (Not meant as constructive as I want to rag the 911T).
