It's hand on heart not somewhere I would want to live! Even if I was a billionaire. Far nicer and crucially cheaper places within a mile of there!

£39million to live in London? I wouldn't live there if they gave me that flat for free.

No way. If I was given the place I'd sell it for 1 million under asking price to get shot fast. Then go live somewhere civilised, that doesn't hate cars

I would quite happily live there - especially if I was given it! The Council Tax might be a stretch though.....

See now this is the bit of patter that Estate Agents always use thet PMO... "architecturally designed"
