There are feel much better now...........

Sent them 3 receipts to do with my claim for the warranty work. They phone me up and tell me I need to send the stuff to Cadillac in The Netherlands (not sure why when they told me to send it to them). They can't do it (again not sure why, when they gave me the address to send it to), so they send it back to me. I open the envelope to find a copy of one receipt, the original of that receipt and the second receipt, but no third receipt.

Which receipt is missing? The Bauer Millett one for the one for the actual warranty work of course!
I phone them up "oh no, sir of course we haven't lost it". Lying . Of course she has, suggests I contact Bauer Millett to get them to send me a copy.

Lucky I took copies of all the receipts before sending them.

May the Vauxhall (lack of) Customer Service Team rot in hell......

Can you imagine how they're going to screw up the Monaro's chances of success. I've been ripped off by a Vauxhall dealer once too often so the thought of even passing a second glance at a Monaro (aside from the dull, dull, dull styling) wouldn't even enter into the equation. In fact, I'm planning on buying a new Mustang and to hell with the warranty, I'll fix it myself.
