I thought a Dalek WAS a dustbin.

It was Radio 5 which prompted me to go looking for the picture as they mentioned there was one ion the web. I wonder were they looking at a February picture too smile

Ironic that Cockermouth seems to be the only part of England without snow! I also spot some of Anglesey and Stranraer...

A few of the Western Isles too.
