Just been in the car listening to jeremy vine doing a piece on whether brown should have been challenged at this time.To be honest I was slightly shocked and concerned at the support for brown. One caller finished by saying he is the best chancellor we have ever had!!

If Vine is true to normal form he'll have some clued up lentilist telling us how Gorden saved the world and some BNP activist shouting down the phone that Brown is the anti-Christ.

I've just listened to the same and was shouting at the radio at the idiots. I too am concerned at the support for Winky. The MP they had on though was our own version of comical ali with the answers he was giving. When asked about the UK being in recession whilst the rest of europe was now out of it prompted the responce of discussing disarmament but the UDA.

In fairness to Vine he countered by saying "well if he is that good how come we have such a huge deficit" the caller said "well I cant answer that" banghead

Yep and that`s what worries me!

There also just seems to be this blind faith.
My colleague who sits across from me will not listen to any counter arguments and will stauchly vote labour no matter what because thats what her family have always done.

I would love to see a debate between Jeremy Vine and Nicky Campbell. The subsequent explosion caused by gross excess of ignorant, sanctimonious, hand-wringing, lentilist drivel would be a sight to behold.

That was Shaun Woodward the ex Tory who defected to Labour a few years ago. He seems to be the nominated apologist for GB today as he was also on BBC Breakfast where he also managed to have a go at the interviewer for daring to suggest that he should have been jumping to Winky's defence yesterday when he had much more important work to do for the Northern Ireland peace process.

He was also saying that everybody he talks to believes that Brown is the best man to lead the Labour Party into the next election. He must talk to some very strange people!

I'm so glad the secret ballot didn't succeed.

Patricia Hewitt is the most patronising person alive.
'Look at me, darling, is my head tilted just right? Fine. Yes, it's me, I'm important, gather round, one at time, yes, it's me, I know it all, oh dear me, yes, it must be a secret ballot otherwise I might as well tell you who I'd be voting for.
Next please.'
Condescending biddy!

And NO. I don't want Broon to stand down.

That's nooooooo good!

I want ALL OF THEM to!

in the name of god, Noo Labur, GOOOOOOOOO!

Vine is the most depressing presenter I've ever listed too, he even picks the right music to follow right after a 'hang yourself' subject. weeping
