Did anyone see this. It was about car servicing.
Wow it's really an eye opener. Makes you think about the standard of (some) garages. Surely there must be some way of regulating garages to make sure things like this don't happen. (I'm thinking particularly about the case of the cylinder head.)
Even the Kwik Fit places are no good. (or should that be especially?)
Although I liked the phrase "no one hits harder than a kwik fit fitter"

But then again I guess that's why they're called fitters as opposed to mechanics......
