Temp to cook lamb to?

Hi,

Just put a leg of lamb in the oven with my thermometer I got for Christmas, what temp am I looking at for it to be nice and pink in the middle?

Recommended temperatures for lamb are: Medium 70-75C; well done 75-80C.
