Are Zo6 Corvettes Euro imports, or USA imported?

Just wondering if they were officially imported through Euro dealership network or not.

I would imagine they are because they have folding mirrors, fog lights and Euro-spec engine (which isn't so different from US spec)plus the slightly narrower track.

The Z06 was never officially imported into Europe to the best of my knowledge, all Z06s in Europe and the UK have been imported by enthusiasts.

There are a tiny number of blue Le Mans livery Euro cars that look like a ZO6, I think have the ZO6 suspension etc but definitely do NOT have the ZO6 engine.

The Z06 was never sold outside North America

The European addition 2004 commerative addition C5 features the Carbon Fibre bonnet fitted to the Z06 which the american spec C5s don't.

If you want a Z06 you will have 3 choices.

a. Grey Importer
b. Get one from a American military person stationed in Europe
c. Import one yourself from the USA.

I chose option c.!
