PVC doors - stop slamming
Discussion
Hi
He have the big white PVC doors as our front and back door.
Problem is they are quite heavy and when they are pushed they can slam quite hard.
I was thinking about trying to fit those door toppers to them that you often see in offices - which control how fast they can shut.
Anyone know is this is possible and what I would be looking at to have it done? I had a guy around for a seperate job and he said those kinds of doors were difficult to work with - which kind of put me off.
Anyone tried it?

Depends on weight of door, and setting the tension right, so look for closers that allow for adjustment. This link shows the type/designs out there B&Q, Screwfix etc. etc. have them.
