Wheel / tyre combination

I need to replace all 4 tyres (Bridgestone 040s) and have decided on a set (I think!) of AD07s, I don't need anything like 048s or 888s but do need something that I can use all year round without the possibility of me getting too paranoid in wet weather - I'm also considering getting a new set of wheels and am looking at Team Dynamics Pro Race 1s. I have a second car so I don't need anything tyre wise that's more heavily biased towards the wet / snow.
The problem is that the website advertising the wheels says that they're suitable for 195 width tyres on the front but the AD07s are 175s, could this wheel / tyre combination still work? Has anyone else out there done this?

Yokohama will publish the rim widths for which the 175 AD07 is suitable.
