Who has the highest score?

I have just hit 10,000 which i am quite happy with but a few people i know are in the 20-30,000 region.

And i want to know why i only have 3 stars on my online profile? everyone else has 5

Your stars come from people rating you as a preferred player. Get some of your online friends to submit a preferred player review for you and your rating will increase.

My gamerscore is around 9000 at the moment, but I don't really play for achievements, I just play for the gaming itself, the majority of which is online.

My GS is 31558 but I don't really hunt for acheivements anymore unless they are easy, and I have been gathering points since launch day, I don't really consider it to be that high when you look at some of the top scorers

Considering I have 80+ 360 titles it would be much higher if I did, I think there is only 1 game in my profile that I have the full 1000.

104** I think. Had console since launch. Never really played for achievements, 5 gold stars though!

Looking back at achievements, I barely got any for games within the first year or so from launch!

Gamerscore is directly proportional to thickness of glasses.

Who cares about gamerscore, it means nothing.

The only time I have chased acheivements was when I realised that I only needed 2 more to have all of them on CM Dirt. Once I had 100% that game I never bothered again.

Just find getting all the achievements in a game really extends a games lifetime for me. Before I had a console I wouldnt bother trying to do things like finding all collectable items or completing the game on the hardest difficulty, and now I got a reason to do it

Not really bothered by them, the only time I've tried to get some was to finish FM2 and get 1000/1000. Won't bother doing that again!

Ive got no chance at getting everything on MW2, havent got the pateince for veteran lol.

I think the achievements and gamerscore are a good idea, Like already said i wouldnt have done half the things on most games before i got rid of them.

Its why the xbox is better than the PS3 to me

I've just started playing a few games to get the Gs, mostly Assasin's Creed I, I get bored of games quite quickly so once I complete them I often don't go back and chase feathers/flags etc.

Embarrasingly my brother is only a few thou behind me on the gamerscore and he's only had the console for 2 months with 4 games. Damn 17 year olds!

The PS3 has achievements as well ?

And levels that you go up as your number of achievements increases
