Should I start her or leave her

Quick question from the inexperienced. My S1 has been sat under the cover since the snow fell (about 3") and although it hasnt snoed for a day it is still on the ground (and cover). My question is, should I start the car or leave it until the snow defrosts?

I don't want to cause any damage.

If its got antfreeze in it should be ok either way, if it hasnt then running it is inadvisable as the water in the pump may be frozen.

if it hasnt then you will have many issues.

If you want to run it, just to keep it in good shape, then go for it

As for driving about, its up to you & your chassis condition
