Forza 3 on Xbox: How do I resize my screen?

For some reason, on my TV, when playing Forza the picture is too wide for the screen, enough so I can't see my position or the number of laps. Is there any way of adjusting that?

Yes, on the xbox dashboard.

I think the tab you want is 'My Xbox' or similar, scroll all the way to right, then find display settings and change the resolution to fit the screen.

If it is only happening on forza then i've no idea...

Oh OK, I am used to the likes of WRC4 on the PS2 where there was an option to resize the screen by a little bit to adapt it to your TV... Maybe my TV is just old and not adapted to it!
