Bit of help please

Afternoon all, am new in here and wondering if you can help. Am after a steering rack for my Sp6 Cerb and neither want to get bent over and greased up nor end up with a shoddy part. Any suggestions where I can best get meself a new or used (but perfectly ok) steering rack??

cheers chaps, I looked at Racing Green but pretty pricey I thought after discussion with my mechanic. Am not desperate for one, but would like to know where I can get one.

Ring Xworks service a speak to Heath. They do rack refurbs and maybe able to advise on how best to get your problem resolved [phone]

Try searching on the Cerb site as there have been various threads re racks. (although the S6 cerb rack migh tbe different to that of the V8s).

Try Brian of Lawfield engineering based back at the old factory. He would re condition it for you and from my experience he is very reasonable with his prices.

The chap who was involved from the factory is their contact, it was in Sprint IIRC?

There's a seemingly good tuscan rack for sale on ebay right now:

It'll definitely fit, though you'll find its a quicker steering ratio than your original.
