I've just been quoted £65 for building and contents insurance by Directline for a 4 bedroom house.

Last year the best they could manage was £148 and I went with Halifax due to a cashback offer.

65 quid!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I didn't even tell them I had an alarm.

Surely this can't be right?

I got the same, bit with kwik fit insurance. Im skint so will be going with them - Ill let you know any horror stories if I get burgled!
