Not showing threads as read back again!

Happened a few times in the last few days. Read a thread, go to 'My Stuff' and it shows as unread.
Have the clocks lost sync again?

One of the web servers was about 2 seconds out when I just looked, but shouldn't have been enough to cause an issue. Is it still doing it now?
