Does anybody have a clue on how often it should be changed, please? (Car never thrashed throught the gears, if ever it's relevant...)

Thom, I change it at least once a year, it is oil after all! Some people change it at every service though.

Well, my car is twice as less powerful as yours, so maybe it is not a high priority to change it "too" regularly...
