Removing wheel centers

I have done this before but can't remeber! I want to remove the wheel centers to get them sent away for coating ( I am sick of polishing them).Can I do this without removing the tyre and splitting the rim. I want to keep the outer OZ section as is.

The centres are bolted in-between the inner and outer rims

My outer rims are ceramic coated, I had them done when I had the centres power coated

I like the look of that coating.
Given me ideas for my engine refresh.
