Yes, I think it is a really good solid car and perhaps a bit cheap. smile

I'm concerned a few cosmetic things will let it down, hence the price. I don't want it sitting out in the cold unloved, I'd love a new enthusiastic owner to snap it up drivingcool (Of course, I'd love it more if no-one wants to buy it so I have no choice but to keep it wink After all, I've just done service + MOT + Tax + insurance. Doh!)

Oh, and my new 'family' car is a ...

A very quick sale Adam (possibly under-priced?).
frown Sad to see it go (wanna buy an S2? biggrin ).

So are you joining the Volvo owners club then? tongue out
I'm sure John Gray could give you some pointers (I hope it's not black!!).

What about your brother? Selling the Tamora and buying a G-Wizz?? hehe

Looks like my S is going on Wednesday weeping

I'm sure the new owner (to be) will be along shortly to introduce himself. wavey Another S going to be living in Scotland.

New car being collected on Saturday. Perhaps it will be 2010's Zolder support vehicle? cool

Hello all,

I'm the new owner (to be) of Adam's pride and joy. biggrin

Although I live in Scotland I'm working in South Wales for the foreseeable future, so she'll be keeping me company in Wales (in a nice warm dry garage!).

I'm looking forward to collecting the car next Wednesday and the longish drive back to Wales (might have to make a few detours off the M4 on to some nice A and B roads!) smile

I'm sure I'll have lots of simpleton questions to ask over the coming months and hope you all bear with me while I come to terms with my new TVR way of life...

Dave

Hi Dave, welcome aboard. I think you've bought yourself a nice car. Adam has had to sell it just when he's got all the bugs fixed.

Ok, so I have the weekend to sell the flat and move in to hiding (taking the S with me). jester

Seriously though, I hope you enjoy the car as much as I have. thumbup The club and especially this forum have been great and hugely add to the enjoyment of ownership.

Dave has just driven it away. All the way to Wales, on a dark, damp, cold evening.

I hope he enjoys it as much as I have. It has been a brilliant car.
