Alpha boiler sometimes not giving hot water

Have an Alpha HE CB25 boiler and sometimes when we turn the hot taps on it doesn't fire up and produce hot water. Usually turns taps on and off a few times until the thing grumbles into life and then it's fine.

It's probably the DHW switch isn't it?

Combi? and could be the diverter valve.

Yeah it's a combi.

Checked the DHW with my multimeter and it is switching fine. Must be the diverter then. Ta.
