They are not duplicated threads they are ones that have been moved to another forum, the thread stays in the orignal forum with a link to show members where it's been moved to.

It's happened quite a lot recently where peoples posts are being duplicated.

I don't know, they are two distinct replies in the database (rather than one shown twice).

All I can think of is that people are pressing post twice for some reason, but I'll keep an eye on it.

Seven threads on climate change, just on the first page alone over in the news & politics forum. I wouldn't really say that any of them were sufficiently different from one another to warrant it.

That is one subject that really does need it's own forum, or maybe just a room for the same old same old.
