Has anyone had any issues with the products or customer service with these companies?

We have a relyon memory foam mattress. It's about 4 years old and is pretty good, although the other half doesn't like it.

However when my parents bought the same one for my old bedroom at home they had real issues with it giving off a dreadful smell well after the 2 weeks that theey said it should have done.

Thanks for that - mine is not memory foam but has settled very badly despite regluar turning. It became noticeable in September (in was new in June!) and has got worse, to the point where I'm waking up feeling uncomfortable and have to put towels etc underneath to jack it up. They say 'nothing wrong, tough'.

I think a £400 mattress that's only five months old should do better. I didn't buy it with a credit card so was planning to call Trading Standards on Monday. Any other suggestions?

Why aren't the shop/relyon replacing it? It must have a 12 month guarantee surely?
