Michelin-starred 'greasy spoon'

...well not quite a greasy spoon, but a Hong Kong canteen where the most expensive dish is ~£3 and a basket of dim sum starts from as little as 78p!

Whenever I get to go abroad, which is not as often as I'd like these days, I always try to find a good local place, and this is wonderful to see excellent, honest food being internationally recognised.

Not sure I could cope with an hour wait just to get in the place at lunch though!

Notwithstanding the gloriousness of the food, and the "time-stood-still" original 50's decor, their tea is from a metal urn. Brewed with leaf tea, and poured through a strainer.

Such things are important.
