Saving Forza paint jobs

How do,
Thought I'd better learn how to do this painting lark, so started a basic number plate design. Got halfway through, thought I'd better save it. Options were Save to Design Catalog or Save to Car.
Now, I want to use the plate on lots of different cars, so I selected Save to Design Catalog. But now I can't figure out how to open it again so that I can keep editing it. What am I missing?

you have saved it as a design specific to a car... you need to make it and then 'create a vinyl group' then when you want to use it again you have to 'load vinyl group'.

Make it and THEN create a vinyl group? How do I save what I've already done as a vinyl group?

Go back into the car you put the number plate on and go the front / rear where it sits. Then choose the select all layers option (assuming they're the only layers you've got on there) if not then select the layers appropriate to the number plate. Then select save as vinyl group, give a name and Bob's your Uncle!

Next time you go into another other car simply select that vinyl group again & they'll appear on the that car too!

to select the layers click right trigger on each layer, choose the ones you want then press start.
