The story was the most engrosing I've personally played! The story was, simply, Brilliant!

The twists, and the setting had me right from the start.

And, let's not forget, quite groundbreaking at the time.

Awesome game, that I still enjoy playing to this day. Never gets boring

It's one of the few games that I loved and enjoyed so much that I will never play it again so I don't ruin the memories. The other members of this club are:

Got to the underground water base and then Steam(ing pile of ste) corrupted my savegame so I stopped playing, really annoyed

Is there's a savegame generator or something?

You're not that far in I'd start over again if you have the patience

I loved this game; it took me several years to notice that there is a stash of goodies inside the creates at the top of the stairs leading from the pier in the very first level! Still play through it every now and again; for some reason I absolutely love the Hong Kong level - from the helicopter bay at the beginning to finding Jock's appartment opposite Maggie Chen's to sneaking through the office block/lab of the baddies - awesome stuff!!

Edit because I realised that you're towards the end of the game and not "the underground" section near the beginning. My sentiment remains the same though

There's a prequel out soon which I'm hoping will retain enough of the style of the original to be worth a try.

Yup I was quite far, I don't want to use someone elses game because I chose carefully how to build my character, although I don't think I upgraded the right stuff! I think lockpicking is more important!
