Calling all West Midlands S Owners - New Year 2010

Is anybody up for a bit of a hoon on Sunday 3rd Jan 2010?

Meet up mid morning at a central point (close to the Birmingham Tunnels perhaps), a bit of a drive around then finishing up at a suitable pub (perhaps Black Boy near Knowle) for a chat and a drink?

I'm happy to organise if we have a few takers

Count me as a possible, but I have to work around the farther inlaw's birthday. It would be nice to be out with other TVR's, not seen a single one out on the road since I bought mine in August. I suppose most are hibernating now. Had a tortoise once that did that, and then one spring he was just an empty shell.

Intention is to meet up at the Witherspoons pub in Solihull at about 9:00 for breakfast.

We would tag onto a local TVR meet with a great crowd of people. Mike (Philpot) and I have done a few runs out with them this year and always had a great time.

After breakfast it'll be a hoon convoy around with the ultimate destination being the Black Boy in Knowle. Here for Sunday dinner, a pint or two and a chance to chat with other TVR nuts until you've had enough.
