Oh Gawd! Another forum request (Climate Change)...

I know there are about 54 million requests for specific forums every single hour on PH. But...

Would it be a good idea to have a Climate Change specific forum? As you can see the subject pretty much lives constantly at the top of the News forum, possibly to the detriment of other News stories that get left behind.

A Climate Change forum would also show the 'Pro' group that PistonHeads as an entity take the issue and debating it seriously and obviously, by extension, Haymarket themselves (who of course publish lots of titles that they don't want Greenies boycotting because of sites like PH).

Just a thought...

Surely, if it had its own thread less people would see it and, that would be a bad thing. I've noticed members of long-standing who didn't even know that there was a watch forum so, less forums please.

It fits quite well in News, Politics and Economics and although it is a popular topic it is not overwhelming everything else in there so I don't think there is a need for a separate forum at the moment.
