MW2 - PS3 or PC?

As the title. I usually prefer FPSs on the PC, but MW2 seems to be primarily a console franchise.

Which version should I get?

Depends what all your friends use - if you have a PC you can't play with all your mates if they have PS3s.

I used to be a PC gamer, but having had a PS3 for a couple of years, going back to using a mouse is very tricky. Now I definitely prefer using a controller. Graphics look good on a very high end PC though.

I'm traditionally a PC gamer, I have CoD4 on PC. However I now know loads of people who have PS3s and who all have MW2 on PS3. Combined with me getting a very good deal on a FragFX V2 and the PC version not offering anything extra I went for the PS3 version and have not been disappointed.

In a similar vein, do I want it on PS3 or Xbox 360? I have both connected to the internet, Gold Membership on Xbox...
Are the graphics/gameplay the same on each version?

As has already been said go with what your friends use, if that's 50:50 and you have a decent PC then the PC is the logical choice. Even though the PC version is gimped (compared to other PC games), it still offers better graphics and mouse control over the console versions... But there a lot more copies of MW2 on the consoles so maybe the multi player mught be longer lasting on the consoles?
