Xmas BoLOCs daytime hijinx

After Jules did such a great job of sorting out the evening shenanigans, I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring to see if I can assist with a daytime activity if anyone's up for it.
Last time I was down there (a fair while back) we had an early start and did a nice drive out to a country pub for lunch, then came back for karting in the afternoon which finished in time to get back home for a freshen up before being out on the town again.
Not sure if we'll have the weather for the former at this time of year, but if someone knows a decent place for karting in the afternoon, perhaps that would be a good option? Given we've got a late table booking there's plenty of flexibility, but I suspect being around the Xmas time we'll need to get bookings in fast to secure a spot.
I'd like to hear from anyone who can recommend a place in BoMo or within a 20 minute drive - post up here. Must be indoor, must have karts that are fast and must have a decent, competitive track. The one at the airport was a bit crap.
I'd also like to hear from anyone who'd like to join us so I can get a provisional idea of numbers. IF I can organise something it'll be on the afternoon of the 19th and I'll try to get either a mini-enduro, a mini-team or a mini GP event so we get the max amount of time in the karts as poss. IF enough people want to do it I will put a deposit down myself, but woe betide anyone who says yes and later pulls out. I will still want money off you!
If it can't happen, then we can always find a pub and have a pool tourney and a few beers or summat?

Need a minimum of 12 to make something viable folks. Two options seem viable IF they've availability...
Mini GP for would be £50 a head if we get 12 people, £37.50 if we get 16.
Team Endurance (10 mins qualification plus 40 min race) needs 16 people minimum, with 2 drivers sharing each kart coming in at £37.50.
Get the word on the street!
