MW2 PC Question

I am a bit of a technotard when it comes to minimum requirements for games, I currently have a Sony Vaio VGN-FS415M so would I be able to play MW2 on it?

I think it would struggle.

I have a fairly biffy PC and that sometimes slows - I think a laptop without a dedicated graphics card of a very significant standard would be appalling to play on. The only laptops I've seen that get anywhere close on games are the Dell XPS-series and Alienware ones.
