Forza3 with MS wheel – left or right foot braking?

Tried my new wheel over the weekend, and I just couldn’t get used to left-foot braking, so I’m back with normal right foot! I’m sure I’d be a quicker driver if I can be bother with practising left-foot braking......

Fun though..... much more enjoyable with the wheel than joy-pad.

What about you, left foot or right foot?

brake with the left, quicker as your not moving your foot around wasting microseconds before hitting the gas again

using the MS Wheel its just like driving a go-cart anyway.. you'll get used to it soon enough

enjoy it tho.. had my wheel a while and still adore playing it.. more so with Forza3 with the awesome drivers view!

Still trying to get used to the wheel. I’ve found myself not putting in enough steering lock for slow 1st & 2nd gear hairpins.

You’re right... I’ll give left-foot braking another try. Not much experience in go-kart... probably why I’ve found left-foot braking difficult.

yeah the wheel takes a bit of getting used to hey!
- especially as the feedback is so darn strong at times

but makes it all the more fun wrestling control of your Ferrari with the wheel doing its best to go any other way

I right foot break because that's what I do in my normal car. Though, I am more than used to left foot breaking in a go cart.

.. i think if mastered would be great, but theres little tension in the pedals (the pedals are so light under foot that you dont get the feeling/pressure of real brakes) .. so trying to get the balance right could be really difficult to do and likely end in tears .. well not really as its a game, but it could spell then end of a decent laptime!

if you could get it right tho would be class im just not skilled enough to try balance those fluffy pedals and settled right into left foot braking anyway

Take one round stress ball, cut in half, wedge one half under the brake pedal and other half under throttle (optional).

Cheap and cheerful way to make a huge improvement to the pedal feel.
