What do I want from the chippy?

Need to decide in the next 10 mins as the OH is expecting a text. Hardly ever eat this high in fat and greasy 'chinese' food so I need some advice.

Like meat with onions, mushrooms etc and quite spicy but not blow my head off hot.

What's the name of the dish I require?

Chinese chippy?

From a chinese, chicken chow mein is a decent choice, it's generally noodles and chicken, and all you need is a load of soy sauce on it.
