Xbox 360 and USB stick.

Any idea how you get a 360 to recognize a USB stick to save game progress to? Tried several including the one that came with Forza3 and the xbox doesn't recognize it. Reformatted the card to FAT32 but still no luck, any ideas? thanks

You can't. Simple as that.

Only way to save is with a hard drive or an official Xbox memory unit.

Got a ps3 also, no live nonsense, plug any usb and it's recognised, no fancy chargers for the controllers. Just bought a 360 today, it was worth buying it for forza though

You mean 512MB 512k wouldn't get you one save game on a 360.

Just buy a hard drive EVEN the PS3 needs one of those.
They should stop selling the arcade as a cut down cheapo version.
Forza isnt the only game that benfits from a hard drive.

You'll find that the 360 will quite happily recognise a USB stick and will play movies, photos and music off it, but you simply can't save your games to it.

It sucks I know as I had to buy one when I couldn't figure a way of emulating a cards image on a USB drive.
