Forza 3 Family setings please Help!!

HELP!! whenever i go on storefront or auction house, a message comes up saying parental controls is blocking this feature, or something along those lines. however, when i go on to the parental control settings it says they are turned off. i dont know what to do and im getting rather frustrated!!

any ideas?

It may be your NAT settings

It's noted on the Forza forums, my mate had it and had to ring MS to get it fixed.

I don't know what was done, which is not much help I know, but hopefully a call to MS support will get you closer to fixing it


Edit to say : I don't know what it was, but I know it wasn't his NAT settings. Nothing was done on the router/setup, it was just sorted by MS.

LOL , Son"s hard drive on my consol,with MY rooter and he has access on everything!!!

Don't know if it helps but I was getting this. The Xbox was automatically logging in with the wrong profile and giving me silver membership even though I had gold. Log in with the right membership and try again (but you will have to start the game from scratch).

When you register a gamertag, it prompts you for your date of birth, this is then stored remotely along with the rest of your profile details on the MS servers, iirc. The only way to change it is to call/email MS unfortunately, I believe.
