S1 clutch slave cylinder

Does anybody know what the slave cylinder was off on 88 S1 or a repair kit would do as the car was layed up for few year before bought it and recomisioned it then ive not used it in over 12months so now slave is refusing to work!! need's rebuilding or replacing any help gratefully apreciated

Referring to the the parts list under general information its quoted as being Lucas SP4190 for the repair kit. I am just about to start looking for a kit as mine has just started weeping.

Do a search in ebay Vehicle Parts and Accessories for "TVR slave" and there should be one from seller jumblemaster. Item 370270650709 at the moment and there are 5 available.

Carefull the one listed is for a S2 2.9 not S1 2.8 double check

well problem solved landrover discovery one fits a treat only diference is that the thread of the hydraulic fitting is coarse as opposed to fine on the original a coupling can be used to adapt but at a fraction of the cost of tvr original!!! can be sourced off ebay delivered for £14 instead of £90 ish
