Arrrggh.. Any COD PLayers who can help please!

After having my keyboard play up, I'm now back playing COD World at War however when I move in the game rather than moving a very small amount if I press the key once it moves me about a step and a half.

I vaguely remember this issue years ago but I can't remember how to change it back to small movements. I've tried to find it on loads of forums and in the settings but no luck.

Surely someone must know the answer...Please help it driving me up the wall.
