preorder cancelling

I pre orderd COD MW2 off of game. I then cancelled it because the PC version has no dedi servers and other changes.

Will they still take my money because it looks and read confusing to me.

They don't take any money until it is shipped, you're fine to cancel it. Game aren't the Mob.
