Dont be put off by the idea of it being turn based, thats only half the game. The rest of the time you will be managing you trade/alliances, and the most important bit having huge battles against dozens of different countries, and generally expanding the Roman Empire.
It is a little out of date when compaired with total war medieval 2 or the latest one empire, but for a fiver you cant go wrong.
